Inside Sales Representative — Work From Home (Part-Time, 20–25 hrs/week)

Who we are
Infinite Roofing Solutions is a growing roofing company serving Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley — California's only 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer. Good people, good culture, zero drama.
The role
This is a phone job you can do from your kitchen table. We already have the leads and the quotes — we need someone friendly and persistent to follow up, get customers off the fence, and get appointments on the calendar.
What you'll do
- Call and text warm leads and past customers
- Follow up on quotes we've issued that haven't closed yet — check in, answer questions, re-engage
- Book appointments for our field sales team
- Log every call and outcome in our CRM (we'll train you)
- Hand off hot opportunities cleanly to the sales team
What we're looking for
- Comfortable and confident on the phone — you like talking to people
- Organized and self-managed; you'll be working on your own most of the day
- Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a computer
- Sales, call center, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus — attitude matters more
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, not required
Schedule
20–25 hours a week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility. Our sweet spot is mid-day (roughly 10am–2pm) so it fits around school hours. No calls before 8am or after 7pm — ever.
Compensation
Hourly base plus commission on booked appointments and closed jobs. Top performers here make real money on the commission side.
