About the Role

This is a hands-on, hybrid leadership role for someone who can run the day and still sell. You’ll be the person who keeps our operation moving — building the daily schedule, coordinating crews and estimators, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. At the same time, you’re an active part of the sales team: working follow-up, closing jobs, and helping the team price and win work.

Selling isn’t the only thing you do, but you have to be able to do it. The core of the job is organization, coordination, and accountability — keeping estimates, schedules, and follow-up from falling through the cracks. We’re a growing residential and commercial roofing and roof-rejuvenation company, and this role is central to how we run.


Operations & Team Coordination

•     Build and manage the daily and weekly schedule so the right crew, estimator, or technician is at the right job at the right time.

•     Dispatch and coordinate field teams across roofing, repairs, and RoofMaxx rejuvenation jobs.

•     Own job planning, sequencing, and resource allocation — keep the day organized and the team productive.

•     Keep the pipeline and CRM organized: track leads, estimates, scheduled jobs, and follow-ups so nothing slips.

•     Coordinate between sales, estimators, and field crews so hand-offs are clean and customers are never left waiting.

•     Hold the team accountable to daily targets, standards, and timelines.


Estimating & Planning

•     Support and review estimates and quotes for accuracy, scope, and margin before they go out.

•     Help estimate jobs and walk projects when needed to confirm scope and pricing.

•     Drive planning ahead — anticipate material, crew, and scheduling needs before they become problems.


Sales (Active Contributor)

•     Run the sales follow-up process — work the pipeline, re-engage leads, and close.

•     Carry a personal sales role alongside coordinating the team; you carry a number, too.

•     Support and coach the sales team on pricing, presentation, and closing.


What You Need

•     Hands-on construction experience — GC, roofing, or HVAC (field, management, or sales). This is required — you have to know construction.

•     Proven sales ability — you can sell and close, and you’re comfortable in front of a customer.

•     Management/coordination experience — you’ve led people, run schedules, or coordinated field operations before.

•     Strong organization — able to juggle scheduling, dispatch, estimating, and follow-up at the same time without dropping balls.

•     Tech-comfortable — comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools.

•     A valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Compensation

$80,000 base salary per year. The base is firm and non-negotiable. On top of the base, you earn a performance bonus tied to sales and operational results — so strong performers take home well above the base.
