Roof Maxx is a proven roof rejuvenation treatment that extends the life of an existing roof by years, saving property owners and managers tens of thousands of dollars compared to a full replacement. This makes us extremely attractive to insurance companies, HOAs, and property management companies focused on cost reduction and asset preservation.
Beyond Roof Maxx, we offer a full suite of roofing and HVAC services: roof repairs, new roof installations, roof coatings, commercial and residential roofing, HVAC servicing, and multi-year service agreements. Residential or commercial — we do it all. Our reps aren't limited to one product or one customer type. You can sell anything, to anyone, and earn on all of it.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Rep to grow our commercial account base across Northern and Central California. Primary targets include property management companies, HOAs, commercial building owners, insurance adjusters, facility managers, and residential referral networks.
This is a self-generating role. We will provide inbound leads when they come in, assist with contact intelligence in your territory, and help you book meetings — but your primary source of business should come from your own network, prospecting, and hustle. We want entrepreneurs, not order-takers.

- Roof Maxx rejuvenation treatments (residential and commercial)

- Full roofing solutions for insurance claims, HOA budgets, and property management portfolios
Territory
Fresno / Clovis, Bakersfield, Visalia, Merced, Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento Metro, Bay Area, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and surrounding markets throughout Northern and Central California.

Requirements
- Prior B2B outside sales experience is required — construction, commercial services, property management, insurance, or facilities preferred
- Existing relationships in property management, HOA management, insurance, or commercial real estate strongly preferred
- Must be a self-generator — you prospect, you call, you show up, you close
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage your own pipeline and activity
- Professional communication and reliable follow-through
- Reliable transportation to cover your territory

This is a commission-only position. We do not provide sales training. You must already know how to prospect, present, handle objections, and close deals. We will provide full product knowledge, strategic support, and every tool we have — but we will not teach you how to sell. If you are new to outside B2B sales, this is not the right opportunity at this time.
Compensation
Commission only. Uncapped. Our average ticket is above $5,000 and climbs significantly on commercial portfolio accounts and multi-year service agreements. High performers building a recurring book of service agreement business have strong six-figure potential. Commission rates and structure discussed with qualified candidates.
