Infinite Roofing Solutions is one of California’s fastest-growing roofing companies and the largest RoofMaxx dealer in the Central Valley. We specialize in roof rejuvenation, repairs, and extending roof life—not just replacements.
We’re looking for a true residential roofing expert who can diagnose, repair, and restore roofs at a high level.
Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced residential roofer with a strong background in repairs, troubleshooting, and roof system diagnostics.
This is NOT an entry-level role and NOT for commercial-only roofers.
You must be able to:
- Walk onto any residential roof and immediately identify issues
- Perform repairs correctly the first time
- Assist in preparing roofs for RoofMaxx treatments
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential roof repairs (shingle, tile, comp, etc.)
- Diagnose leaks and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
- Complete roof tune-ups and maintenance services
- Handle tear-offs, layovers, and re-roof prep work
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments
- Document work using photos (CompanyCam or similar)
- Ensure all work meets California code and company standards
- Assist with RoofMaxx applications and prep as needed
Required Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 5+ years of residential roofing experience
- Strong experience with:
- Leak detection & repair
- Shingle and tile roofing systems
- Flashing, valleys, penetrations, and ventilation
- Layovers and full tear-offs
- Ability to troubleshoot ANY residential roofing issue without supervision
- Must have worked on owner-occupied homes (not just commercial jobs)
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of residential roofing systems
- Ability to work independently and make judgment calls in the field
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication skills (customer-facing professionalism)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on roofs and ladders safely
Bonus (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience with RoofMaxx or roof rejuvenation systems
- Experience using CompanyCam, Leap, or similar software
- Basic carpentry or general construction skills
