About the Role
We’re expanding our award-winning Roof Maxx team in the Modesto area and looking for experienced door-to-door appointment setters who know how to create excitement at the door. You’ll be introducing homeowners to a breakthrough product that extends the life of aging roofs for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
This is not solar or roofing replacement sales — Roof Maxx is a roof rejuvenation treatment that restores flexibility and waterproofing using a 100% plant-based oil backed by a 5-year transferable warranty.
Responsibilities
- Knock residential doors daily in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners about Roof Maxx and schedule free roof inspections
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Report activity and appointments through company CRM
- Collaborate with local sales and installation teams for follow-ups
Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years door-to-door experience (solar, pest control, roofing, or home improvement preferred)

Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident communicator
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Prior solar or roofing experience highly preferred
Compensation
- Base + Commission + Weekly Bonuses
