About the Role
Infinite Roofing Solutions is expanding its Fresno door-knocking team! We’re looking for experienced, confident appointment setters who can generate quality leads for our Roof Maxx rejuvenation and roof-maintenance services.
You’ll be the first impression homeowners have of our brand — offering a free, no-pressure roof health check and explaining how we can help them save thousands by rejuvenating instead of replacing.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in targeted Fresno neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners and set inspection appointments
- Log appointments in CRM daily
- Participate in morning team meetings and report results
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand with integrity
Requirements

2–3 years of door-to-door sales or canvassing experience

Must be 18 or older
- Solar or roofing background strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
Compensation
- Base Pay + High Commission Structure + Performance Bonuses
- Advancement to Sales Closer or Team Lead available
